Hi, I’m Daniela (aka Dee). I’m a world traveler, music lover, entrepreneur, and online interior designer. I launched Spaces by Dee in 2017 as a boutique interior design firm serving downtown Toronto. When the world shifted online, so did my business, and that’s when my platform was born.
Spaces by Dee allows me to remotely connect with clients worldwide to design their dream spaces, share reviews on interior design AI and technology, and provide expert interior decorating advice. My work has reached homes across the United States, Canada, and Europe.

My Mission
My mission is to empower clients to make design choices that truly reflect their personal style. My approach is simple: I get to know what inspires and draws my clients, and then carefully curate every design around that. The ultimate goal is for my work to feel like a part of their story. Every home tells a story, and with thoughtful interior design, you can shape it intentionally. Helping craft the stories of my clients’ homes has been an incredible honour. Connecting with clients from around the world has been a deeply meaningful experience. It has broadened my design horizons, enabling me to draw inspiration from diverse design approaches worldwide and apply them to new spaces. I am grateful for the technology that enables me to work with clients virtually, an advancement that has opened up the interior design world like never before. With online interior design, creating beautiful, personalized spaces is now easy, accessible, and enjoyable. I can serve more clients and empower more individuals to create homes they truly adore. Interior design has fascinated me since childhood, and pursuing this passion has been my life’s work — as an artistic expression, a discipline, and a mission.
